Welcome Denise,
First you need to decide what you're looking for. If it's a chat about a lesson plan or idea, the busyboard is set up around general themes, then by Grade Level and subjects...You click to go to a particular board then hit 'Post a message' if you want to ask/share something or use the scroll bar to move down til you find something you want to read. Then click on that message. If there are multiples underneath, you can read all by scrolling down, or if there is a particular one you want to read, just click on that. Best of luck, you'll find this one of the most friendly, supportive and helpful group of educators around!!! ;-D
