Shutdown's Success
By Shouting For Joy In Arizona!

Clip to ScrapBook
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad to hear that others have tried Shutdown's method and had success. Her original post caused much controversy and I sat by to see what would come of it. Now, with spring here and warm weather on the horizon, I see the wisdom of Shutdown's method. I am a fifth grade teacher as well. Like the post above and many others, I too emailed Shutdown and she replied graciously. She believes that timing is EVERTHING. I MUST agree! Had I waited any longer to take action, the entire year may have been lost. I am shouting for joy over the complete transformation my students have made. I actually arrive to work 90 minutes early...AND HUMMING! I haven't done this in at least seven years. Two Dozen roses to Shutdown!! God bless her!
