I just finished my conferences too. I am glad that they are over with!
I generally offer some conferences on days prior to the actual conference date (before and after school). This spreads them out and I don't feel as overwhelmed on conferece day.
Some parents actually appreciate getting their conference done early so that they can enjoy their day off with their child.
