I have a new principal who sounds like yours. It seems as if he believes in a "change" once in awhile. It does us "good." Wouldn't want to staff to become "stagnant" or anything. We are all praying that that "change" doesn't occur to us next year. Some of us are very happy where we are and have been for years! Let's face it, some of us aren't cut out for primary, and there are those among us who just wouldn't want to cut it as upper elementary teachers. Give me the big kids any day.
