I'm so glad to see this board. I've been waiting for it to have a permanent location. Well let's try it out. This year we have a new principal and she is a task master. She has entered the building looking to change all things and everything. She looks down upon the teachers who leave at 3:00 (our hours are from 7:30 to 3:00); some of us are ready to leave at this time. It seems that we have meetings everyday and last minute meetings in the morning before the studetns arrive. What a year it has been! It was time for a change at our school and the results are good so far, but I only wish she would realize that changes don't happen overnight. I continue to tell myself, "it's all for the children"!
