Harry Wong is a great no nonsense speaker. I have an autographed copy of his book. Our school district was so impressed with him that he came to speak to all of he teachers in our county. He gives common sense information in his book. He tells you things that you know ,but you really hadn't thought about them until he says them.His book "The First Days of School " is a must have for new teachers.It is well worth the money. I still refer back to it and I have been teaching 18 years.
