I do have a good relationship with the teacher, We have talked about ways for getting the respect from the children.The teacher I work for is a male and some believe that the male figures get more respect from the children then women.Why?And is this true?I work hard with the children and i'm in the room as much as the teacher since this is a specail program that requires a teacher assistant as well as a teacher so there is a 9 to 1 ratio.Maybe being my first year ,is some of the reason.and some things that didnt work that great last year will be better this year!! Thanks again
