School Supplies

Jenny, I agree with the other replies. Unfortunately not all schools provide classroom supplies closet for teachers. In my school funds are allotted for school supplies. I must complete a purchase order and have it | approved before making purchases. Without the purchase order I am not reimbursed for purchases. Also when I leave my present school any supplies purchase with school money I am require to leave for the teacher replacing me. This may be the case for you as well. I would check with other teachers in your grade level or subject matter. My school has teachers placed on teams and they purchase | |
supplies as a team. As a first year teacher you may have a mentor or "buddy" teacher I would check with him or her. I would get the basics then after the first week you can decide what the needs are of your students and yourself.
