faculty meeting

We always started out our faculty meetings by sharing something funny--some amusing anecdote. Then we went on to a door-prize drawing. Our principal pulled out several names, and whoever's name was pulled got some sort of prize that he/she could use for the classroom: Teacher's Mailbox magazine, flashcards, picture book, or some other thing like that. It was a nice icebreaker to a faculty meeting.
