First of all, do it on your computer and save it on a disk. Then you have it when you need to change areas and don't need to retype it each time. Second, if you're new to the district and they've always done this, find someone that will share theirs so that you have an idea of what they want. This is what I did. I sat down with my curriculum guide and basically, BRIEFLY put it into words. For example: In Math we will be learning the concepts of time to the hour and half hour, addition and subtraction to 12, etc. This is done for every subject area. I also include the grading scale and rules of the classroom. If you have any other questions, feel free to e-mail me.
