Rewards

Hi, this is my 4th year of teaching 4th grade, and I have found a great reward system that is very successful. I buy a roll of tickets and when I want to reward a student, I give them a ticket. At the end of the month we enter all the tickets into a basket. We have an end of the month party to celebrate good behavior--(students have to earn to go, based on a chart system) at the party I draw tickets and students can choose from a variety of prizes...such as candy, baseball cards, hot wheels, etc....This is the most inexpensive and is easy to manage in my book.
