Returning Papers
By Sue

Clip to ScrapBook
I send a folder every 2 weeks with all their papers in it. It's very time consuming to return papers, go over them, and recollect them, not to mention getting them back to the kids for a second time, but IT IS WORTH IT BIG
TIME!!!! The parenbts appreciate seeing their kids' work, and one BIG advantage as well is that they can never say, "I didn't know my child was doing poorly." They have seen every paper. I include a class activities information sheet taped to the front of the folder. Also, if they say, "I handed that in," then they must have that paper, retyurned! I write notes on the front of each folder
and have it returned signed. Then I keep the signature papers. I do it Mondays since I wouldn't want that pressure every other Thursday of having to get it ready for Friday.
