six traits writing

I got a new job teaching 4th grade in Washington and my district uses the six traits of writing program from the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory. It seems like a really great way to teach writing in a super organized format. I spent a lot of time researching it and although I can't give you specific websites, there are several out there. Type "six traits writing" into the search (I used yahoo). Hope this helps!
