peeping teachers By Carolyn

My principal likes to do that. I guess it's his own "candid camera." One day he peeped in and later told me how well the kids were paying attention. That was nice of him. I sort of got used to knowing that he does this.

What your fellow teachers are doing to you is petty and wrong. I can't imagine that your principal is endorsing this.
