Look how long it's taken me to reply to you! Am I just a little overextended or what?? Ha Ha! I had to write you back and thank you from my heart for your thoughtful reply to my post. I also really appreciate the "reality check" focus you come from. At least I know what "I'm in for!" Question to you: I am familiar with rubrics, but don't know what you mean by "checklists" and where/what subject areas I would use them for. Also, may I keep you in my thoughts and e-mail you for support when I'm teaching? It's nice to hear from other single moms... Warmly, Wendy
