Paper procedures

This is what my cooperating teacher did and I will as well. You send the papers home twice a month, more if you collect more. Have the parents sign the papers. She had them sign EVERY page that had a grade under a B. Then file them away once returned as proof for later, if needed.
If they do not return the papers, first get a warning, next time, detention..
