Never Too Childish!
By Brendi

Clip to ScrapBook
Hey, I teach 5th grade and if I came up with a bulletin board idea. I think I may have gotton it off of the internet somewhere (I can't remember), anyway I don't want all the credit if I did. I had a heading "Rain Makes the
Flowers Grow." On the pedals of all the flowers I wrote all the students names, then on the rain drops I wrote things that could actually make my students grow like honesty, hard work, friendship, forgiveness, etc. It was really colorful and wondered if my kids thought I was trying to baby them. I was wrong! After my colorful bulletin board, my kids always would say what are we going
to decorate this time! They loved to be involved in all my decorating. If you have a die cast cutter in your school, you can cut out different things to do with each holiday to hang from the ceiling in your room. I love to do this because it brings some color up there. I loved the decorations myself. A blah room is no fun. Happy decorating!
