Martha... I got the book at Barnes and Noble... it has a yellow cover, and is just set up having about 200 questions, one on each page or so... I have used the book in two ways, the way I previously mentioned for third grade, and I have used it also in fifth grade as a fun filler activity and community building. I had some students that didn't understand how to form a complete answer on questions, so we used it again for the students to get experience in a fun format and they had to vocalize the answer with a complete sentence, they could chose the number they wanted to answer ( randomly)... anymore questions just ask... liz
