stop light

I used this method this year. I bought a stoplight that was on poster board. I wrote in the green saying "Good Job" The yellow I wrote " Warning, Slow Down." The red I wrote "Stop" . I bought these tiny clothes pins from Oriental Trading. I wrote a students name on each clothespin and all the clothespins started on green. If they received a warning from me, their clothespin would move to yellow, which ment slowdown. If they received another warning, they then moved to red and usually lost their recess or some reward time.
