I agree with the others it's hard to say which way would be better for you. Both jobs I'm sure have their merits and downsides. The creation of a pro/con list is a good start.

Regardless of your decision - no matter where you teach - you are always making a difference. A teacher can only be effective if they have the drive and ambition to make changes especially in the schools that need so much. But if the school is wearing you out, then you won't be as effective.

Good luck with your decision.

Sometimes it doesn't hurt to gain experience in other settings and then plan to return to the "city" schools in a few years where you'd have more ideas, lessons, etc., to take with you.
