YES, It can work out!
By Kimberly

Clip to ScrapBook
I recently finished a long-term sub assignment where the principal offered me a job. It does work out! Although I did not take the job offered, I found that if you do a good job you will get noticed. Once a pricipal discoveres how well you work with the staff and gets a feel for your style, they rarely want to trade this for an unknown teacher, transfer or new!

Take the risk! Good luck!
Kimberly
