Feels Like Home

Last year was my 1st year. I tried to think of what would make feel comfy and relaxed in a situation where I was totally scared and unsure. The night before school started, I bought some plants. I bought the easiest ones to take care of and placed them around the classroom in BLAH spots, a reading nook and on a round table. I felt comfy and one parent even commented on the first morning on how calm my class felt (little did she know how calm I WASN'T) It helped. Plants seem to do wonders. Have fun and enjoy.
