Congratulations! Welcome to the world of Kindergarten. This will be my 10th year teaching Kinder. You'll have a blast. My best advice is to learn from those who have been thru it. Ask questions and rely on your veteran teachers at your school. They are a wealth of knowledge for your HR questions along with anything else you can think of. Best of luck to you.
