I have used a job chart as one of my bulletin boards. This year it was a school of fish with jobs written on a castle shape. Each child had their name on a fish and I used push pins.
Some of my jobs were line leaders| (2) boy and girl line. Prayer leader, Flag Leader, Date, Weather,Nakins, Ecology Engineer (made sure there was no papers on the floor. Angel, who would go get tape,or anything I needed from my desk. Door person, who would hold the door open at dismissal. Q-Bear Keeper (Q-Bear is our class mascot who when we are sitting in circle they pass around and say the sound of the letter we are working | |
on. Q-Bear goes with us on fire drills, to computer, library and gym. One job I never thought of but the kids loved was one child sweeping and the other holding the dust pan, I will incorporate that next year.
