I have 20 jobs for 20 kids that rotate weekly. I put their names on 3x5 cards and display them in library pockets with the name of the job. I write their name in black on one side and red on the other. The chart serves as lunch count also.Each day when the kids enter they turn their name card to red if they are eating hot school lunch. The secretary notes the lunch count and takes it to the cafeteria. Only takes me a few minutes to rotate the cards Fri. afternoon or Mon. morning.Once the procedure is learned it is very easy. Works for me!
