    I am moving from third to fifth this year. I will be teaching LA and SS. I am integrating the subjects and using the 4 Blocks model to teach. 50 minutes is very tight! You will need to talk to your team. Your kids should be getting some guided reading in SS and Science. I'm not sure how you do grades, but this could be difficult.
