I know how you feel. I was in the exact same situation as you were. I also started in Jan. except I had 4th grade. I have NO idea why we get stuck with the toughest kids. It isnt right. Here we are fresh out of school and we get the worse class. I can see why many teachers leave within the first few years. We dont even have our planning/cirriculum down and they give us the toughest class. You are not alone!
