Lottery

Lottery pays for Pre-K, technology, and the HOPE scholarship (no money for public school teacher salaries...although Pre-K teachers working for a public school still have their salaries paid [mostly] by lottery money). Does your state have many EC/Elem. openings? I'd LOVE to live there, and my husband has had several job opportunities there in the past two years (although HE would be okay to stay here forever!).
