"finding balance"

Hi, Maureen, and all readers. Wow, do I ever share the same frustrations and feelings. I've been teaching 16 years (mostly fourth grade). I was single for the first 11 years and put so much of my energy and thoughts into teaching. I've been married nearly 5 years now and often resent the time that I feel I have to spend doing and thinking about school. On top of that, this is my brother's first year teaching (second grade) and I also resent the time he doesn't spend working/thinking about school work. I, too, will purchase the book you mentioned and will look forward to reading it this summer. I hope that we can find some guidance! Great idea! Thanks!
