Thank you for your most honest and thoughtful reply Laurie. I was rather expecting the honest words of wisdom, and although it confirms my feelings, I am still very much afraid. As far as finding a mentor, I couldn't agree more, and am disappointed that my new school doesn't have a formal mentoring program. I guess I should put a thread out for a NYS 4th grade teacher! Thanks for the advice.If you don't mind, your reply to me was very heartfelt, honest and warm, and I would love to be able to post to you in future. Thanks for the love and honesty! Wendy
