Good point. I understand what you are saying. But, new teachers should be able to voice their opinion in a professional way. In most places, it takes 3 years to become tenured. Are you suggesting that new teachers endure 3 years of verbal abuse? I guess I come from a place where teachers rule! I come from a teaching environment in California where teachers get rid of principals. I come from a big town. Are you in a small town?

So, the bottom line is be wise. I guess you should take your environment into consideration before you take action.
