Amen to all those responses! I teach in a 6-6 program and have an excellent friendship with a first year teacher. Like you, we both had a very ROUGH year. We're much better now because we know next year will be easier. We already have our lesson plans! Now we simply modify them from our already made blueprints! We don't have to re-invent the wheel. You have the stuff teachers are made of because you're still here! Everybody needs help. I would not have made it without God, supportive collegues and this website! Everyone is right. Hang in there! It will get better.
