I do agree with Julianne. When I was younger , I swore that my kids would not watch tv before 5pm, and only for 30 minutes a day. Let me tell you that as soon as he knew how to operate the remote control, I was happy to have my son in front of the tv set if I could sleep a bit longer.LOL.
My young colleague heard similar remarks from 2 or 3 mothers this year. She took my suggestion and answered that since she had no husband and children to take care of after school, she could devote so much more time to her students... The mothers didn't know what to answer
