You've got it right!

Cathy-Dee, you had it right. I saw my principal today after school, and, evidently, the secretary let the cat out of the bag. She wasn't supposed to give me this message. It was actually for the principal, but the secretary
didn't know that. The message was regarding me, so the secretary assumed it was to be given to me.
At any rate, the principal decided to go on my recommendation that the teachers who live in the county (I live outside of it) volunteer to transfer. I told him that there may be teachers who might be willing to transfer, since they live in the county and didn't have the long drive

to another school that I have. Also, a teacher in my school told me that she had asked for a transfer, and it was denied. That was awhile back, before this all started. Maybe he'll rethink this and allow her to have her transfer and keep me on board.
