It's great that you can give your phone number ... I don't give my phone number and I explain at our fist meeting in a playful tone that anyway they couldn't reach me because either I'm on the Internet and the line is engaged
or I'm asleep anytime after 8pm ( this is almost true .
But I give them my email address and encourage them to use it as much as they want. Now, to be honest, since my kids are in my school and their(= mine) phone number is on the list each family receives at the beginning of the year...they could call me if they wanted to. They never do it!But my young colleague has been constantly
disturbed by the same 2 or 3 over-anxious (sp?)mothers as much as 3 times a week, as late as 11pm. So I guess it depends a lot on the parents you have
