My child in class
By Debbie

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi Renee,
Many of us are mom-teachers...one way to participate in your child's experiences at school would be to plan joint field trips with the other Kindergarten teachers. Plan your class parties for the first thing when your kids walk in and arrange to visit your child's class for a few minutes during their party. I could have had my boys in my classroom at various times in my career, but just having them close at school with me worked out well for all of us. It also gave my husband a chance to participate more in their schooling; he probably went on more field trips than I did. I volunteered to do things for their teachers at home or after class. Good luck, whatever you decide. ;-D
