Tough call...

That's a tough call. Personally, if you know for a fact she can cope and work and stay on task with the meds, but just has a few bad days, I wouldn't consider having her in SPED or labled. Lables can hurt kids, no matter what anyone says. If you can continue to work with her and her family to ensure her success, I see no need to put her SPED and get her labled. Just my opinion.
