Child with cancer
By Kate

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi there,
I have a nine year old neice with cancer and people tend to give her books or video games to keep her busy. How about something to do instead, like art supplies, puppets or a craft? Your student will still have long waits in hospital corridors for treatments. Also, banners, cards and pictures are great. They really make the room colourful. And don't forget to have your students ask questions. I bet the child with leukemia would love to talk about it...
