fractions

I am home schooling and doing fractions as well. I have had great luck using dominoes. The dots are divided on the dominoe (use this number as your fraction). The kids can work together or by themselves by first writing the fractions, then checking themselves physically using the dominoe dots. This may be something you already have in the classroom (or perhaps one of the younger classes may have them).
