principals
By Joni

Clip to ScrapBook
Josie, I sympathize with you because I got very lucky. It is my first year teaching and my principal is incredible. She really goes out of her way for her teachers. Anyway, When I went on interviews I was very aware of the principals attitude and the kinds of questions she asked. What is important to her says a lot about how she runs the school. I say talk to other teachers about their school principal and get feedback from others before you chose a school. Your job is hard enough as it is and not having a supportive staff makes your job even tougher. I say look for a new school. Somewhere where you will be appreciated. Good luck! Joni
