Eraser Frenzy
By Kimberly

Clip to ScrapBook
Maybe you could give him so many times to use his eraser on an assignment in advance. Tell him he can use the eraser 5 times during this assignment and leave the eraser where he can see it (not on his desk). He has to get up and go across the room to get the eraser each time he wants to use it and then put it back. Of course, it will take him longer than everyone else to finish with all of that getting up, but it might make him think about whether it is really worth going to all that trouble for that mistake. You can set the limit. If he erases as much as you say, you may want to start with a higher number of times and gradually decrease. Good luck!
