I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have a sister who currently is battling breats and brain cancer. Breast cancer 6 years; brain cancer 1 year I believe that she is still alive because very soon after her 1st remission was announced in 12/95, my family suffered a tragic loss. I believe that God realized that we couldn't handle anymore. Allowing the children to talk and letting them know that their feelings are OK is a good start. Make sure that everyone, staff and students, has the opportunity for counseling.
