25 books
By SGS

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi, Chantal,
The 25 book requirement is not that of our Administration, but that of the State Ed. Department. The administration just decided to include it on our new reportcard. The good news is that the fourth grade teachers at my school got together to decide just what constitutes "reading a book." We decided that read-aloud would count. So, I'm including the books I read to the class including the poetry books. I'm so glad I am not in fourth grade. (Don't worry, though, I'm putting no pressure on the children to meet this requirement, I'm just offering them opportunities.) Thanks for your messages!
