I also use tokens, though not to a very large extent......With other classes, such as Computers and Social Studies(subjects i don't teach them), there isn't really a problem....but you could try transfer slips....where the other teacher must fill out how the students did in particular behavior skills(ie, listening). Have you heard of the Day Treatment program? There are many useful ideas from it, but the giving out of tokens is quite complicated...
