I am working on my masters through distance learning. Distance is a little different than online. You need to be in a study group. Your study group meets weekly to discuss video tapes that you must watch. After the group
discussions, there are individual assignments to be done. Also, a mentor is assigned to each study group. If you have difficulty, you can get in touch with your mentor via email or phone. The program is 5 semesters long. You take 2 courses each semester. I don't find it any more time consuming than a traditional class. I do like the fact that you can work at your own pace and don't

have to worry about preparing for a test. The tuition is equal to the universities around my home: $1600 per two course semester. Do a search on distance learning or email me.
