Fall Writing Idea
By ananda

Clip to ScrapBook
Students can go outside to take notes on the five senses of fall. Provide a grahpic organizer. They can record what they see, smell, hear, etc.
Then bring students in to develop a paragraph about fall. Students who are writing longer pieces can write a paragraph about each sense. Have students brainstorm topic sentence and conclusion together, they can work on the detail sentences based on their own notes and observations.
