Regarding having the child with autism in your room. Remain firm on what you want. There might need to be a plan in place on when to remove him. You and the other students have rights too. Your classroom needs to be a positive environment for everyone and the other students are getting that. Also, you have a right not to be hit/kicked. Get that special ed. teacher involved in his lessons. It's their job. Make a common planning time and meet once a week or as needed. Keep us posted!
