meetings ARGGGGGG!

This is my first year teaching, and between meetings and paperwork, there is little time for teaching, preparing or family. When will administration see that if they would just back off we could do our job and help to raise the scores.(administration is getting pressure form higher up, and it is being passed down) I am getting to school an hour early in the morning and staying until 6:30 at night. Just wanted you to know we ALL feel your frustrations.
