harassment from parents

If you believe you have been harassed by a parent, contact your principal immediately. Document what the parent said to you so that the principal is aware of everything the parent said. I had a parent come in and treat me very rudely and disrespectfully last year and I referred the matter to my principal. He took care of the situation. Teachers are not punching bags.
