principal who picks on you

I understand exactly what you are saying. I had a principal in my last school who blamed me for everything, when I knew I was doing my very best. The kids were outrageously misbehaved, but they had parents who did nothing to support me. The kids (only second graders) went home to empty homes, no supervision, no teaching right from wrong. Moms were on crack, and the kids themselves were crack babies. He even sent spies into my room. All parent complaints were dealt with by him with sympathy--sympathy for the parents of the children who had that "bad" teacher. (The bad teacher who busted her behind to get the kids to behave each day!)
